I could not believe that he did not take a time out to read the handbook before trying again.people never cease to amaze me. He just kept taking the test over and over. The day I was there I sat beside a poor fellow who had failed the test 4 or 5 times in a row that day. Not sure why you did not stay and take it again that day. I suggest you read the handbook carefully and think when taking the exam. I just don't understand how anyone can fail the motorcycle exam in CA especially if you already have a license and ride.
But knowing I was moving to CA I read both the motorcycle and car handbooks and took both tests one right after the other with no problem. When I moved here I had an out of state motorcycle license as well. I am puzzled on how you failed the exam There is a handbook to read before taking the exam. When I go back to retake the exam do I just retake the exam I failed or would I need to retake both exams again regardless? Also do I need to wait a certain amount of time before being able to retake the exam again? Thanks. Unfortunately I left before being clear on their procedure. They handed me back my out of state license, application for dl receipt, and both exam.
I passed the driving exam but failed the motorcycle exam so I didn't get my CA license and will have to return to retake the exam. As a returning resident with a motorcycle endorsement on my out of state Florida licence, I applied for a California class C and M license.
